damp smell poor food

The room they gave me felt far from premium. I noticed a distinct smell of dampness in both the room and along the corridors. That was off-putting. the food was a letdown. A curry sauce with a skin is NOT appetizing. The price I paid really did not match the overall quality, disappointing.

unwelcoming bar staff alternative option

the bar staff were unwelcoming. i asked for a liqueur coffee after 10pm but the machine was off. no alternative was offered. i also asked for a margarita but received a flat 'no' without explanation. it reminded me of i was in the way as they were already cleaning for breakfast.
